We require from clients prior to the commencement of the tenancy a payment of 3 months rent in advance, no deposit or fees payable. After occupancy of one month another payment of one month rent in advance will be due and thereafter.
During the tenancy the following permitted payments may be required in respect of payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with early termination of the tenancy. The tenancy period shall be for a minimum of 6 months, utilities (gas, electric, water), communications (telephone and broadband), installation of cable/satellite, tv licence, council tax are all payable during the tenancy to the service providers.
